("WH Ireland" or the "Company")
PDMR and PCA shareholdings
Philip Wale, Chief Executive Officer, has informed the Company
that he has purchased 11,000 ordinary shares in the Company as set
out below. Following these purchases, Phillip Wale owns 171,295
ordinary shares, representing 0.27 per cent. of the issued share
capital in the Company.
In addition, Stephen Ford, Head of Wealth Management, has
informed the Company that he has sold 7,284 Ordinary Shares at
price of 57.5p and immediately purchased such shares into his SIPP,
managed by a third party (also for 57.5p per ordinary share).
Accordingly, the total number of Ordinary Shares that Stephen Ford
is deemed to be interested in remains unchanged at 479,217 Ordinary
Shares, representing 0.77 per cent. of the issued share capital in
the Company.
