INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS FORM 6-K REPORT

On July 1, 2021, Jowell Global Ltd. (the “Company”) entered into an Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Mr. Zhiwei Xu, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, to serve in such position for a one-year term, subject to renewal. Under the terms of the Agreement, Mr. Xu will receive an annual salary of RMB1,500,000 (approximately $230,769), and will be eligible for an annual cash bonus in the Board’s sole discretion.
