Press Release

On June 24, 2021, Presidio Property Trust, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the first dividend on its 9.375% Series D Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock in the amount of $0.10417for the initial period from the issue date of June 15 to June 30, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
