On June 23, 2021, Ocean Power Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s addition to the Russell Microcap® Index, effective after the stock market opens on June 28, 2021. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
