BBVA to Sell Depositary Unit -Expansion

-Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA is looking to sell its
depositary unit, economic daily Expansion reports, citing unnamed
financial sources.
--The Spanish bank is aiming for a selling price of 400 million
euros ($474.5 million) and hopes to reach a deal before the end of
the year, Expansion reports.
--BBVA didn't immediately respond to a request for comment from
The Wall Street Journal.
