Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On June 9, 2021, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Delek Logistics GP, LLC, the general partner (the “General Partner”) of Delek Logistics Partners, LP (the “Partnership”), amended the Delek Logistics GP, LLC 2012 Long-Term Incentive Plan (as amended and restated, the “Plan”) to increase the number of common units representing limited partner interests in the Partnership (the “Common Units”) authorized for issuance with respect to awards thereunder from 612,207 Common Units to 912,207 Common Units. The term of the Plan was also extended to June 9, 2031. The Partnership filed a registration statement on Form S-8 to register the additional Common Units to be authorized for grants of awards under the Plan that were not registered pursuant to the registration statement on Form S-8 filed by the Partnership on December 4, 2012 (Registration No. 333‑185264).
