Correction to U.S. Sues Mallinckrodt Article on March 3

The Justice Department alleged that Mallinckrodt ARD LLC,
started calculating and paying rebates as if Acthar was a new drug
first marketed in 2013 after the Food and Drug Administration
approved a new indication for its use in 2010. "U.S. Sues
Mallinckrodt for Allegedly Underpaying Medicaid Rebates," on March
3, 2020, incorrectly referred to the agency as the federal drug
administration.
