Siyata Mobile Inc. (Nasdaq: SYTA, SYTAW) (“Siyata” or the “Company”), a global vendor of Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC) devices and cellular booster systems, will release fourth quarter and year end 2020 financial results, as well as first quarter 2021 financial results, on May 17, 2021 after the market close.

Siyata management will also host a conference call on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 8:30 a.m. ET / 5:30 a.m. PT to review financial results and provide an update on corporate developments. Following management’s formal remarks, there will be a question and answer session.
