Canada's OMERS Eyes 30% Stake in Goldman Sachs-Backed CityFibre -Sky News

--Canadian pension fund Ontario Municipal Employees' Retirement
System aims to acquire up to a 30% stake in U.K. broadband
infrastructure company CityFibre Holdings Ltd., Sky News reports,
unidentified citing sources.
-- Existing shareholders West Street Infrastructure Partners
--managed by Goldman Sachs-- and Antin Infrastructure Fund would
continue to hold a 35% stake each in CityFibre, according to
Sky.
--CityFibre is set to be valued at more than GBP3 billion, with
OMERS and rival bidders likely to pay around GBP1 billion for a
partial stake, Sky reports.
