Explanation of Responses:
(1)	The exercises and/or sales reported on this Form 4 were made pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the reporting person on September 14, 2020.
(2)	1/4th of the shares subject to the option vested and became exercisable on December 1, 2018 and 1/48th of the shares subject to the option shall vest monthly thereafter. On September 13, 2019, the reporting person transferred options to purchase 21,156 shares of Arista common stock to her ex-husband pursuant to a domestic relations order. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership in all such transferred stock option interests and no longer reports them as beneficially owned.
