Radian Increases Quarterly Dividend by 12 Percent

Radian Group Inc. (NYSE: RDN) announced today that the company’s
Board of Directors approved a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per
share, representing an increase of 12 percent from the previous
dividend paid on March 4, 2021. The dividend is payable on June 4,
2021, to stockholders of record as of May 24, 2021.
