We made an announcement dated April 21, 2021, with The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Hong Kong Stock Exchange”) in relation to the exercise in full by the Joint Representatives, on behalf of the international underwriters, of their option to purchase additional Class Z ordinary shares from us, in connection with our global offering and listing of Class Z ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
