Norway's Oil Fund Buys 50% Stake in UK Logistics Property for $37.9 Million

Norges Bank Investment Management, the arm of Norway's central
bank that manages the country's $1.3 trillion oil fund, said
Tuesday that it has bought a 50% stake in a logistics property in
Daventry, U.K. for 27.1 million pounds ($37.9 million).
Norges Bank Investment Management said it bought the stake from
Prologis Inc., who will retain the remaining 50% interest and will
perform the asset management of the property.
The property has a leasable area of 40,423 square meters.
