Explanation of Responses:
(1)	Mr. Richardson sold 2,628,812 options to the Issuer for a purchase price of $0.0951 per option, for an aggregate purchase price of $250,000.
(2)	Mr. Richardson was granted 10,000,000 options on January 23, 2019. One-third of the options vested immediately, and the remainder vest 1/24 per month over the first twenty four months following the option grant.
