--Budweiser Brewing Group, AB InBev's U.K. and Ireland arm, is set to announce a 115 million pounds ($160.4 million) investment at its two main breweries in the U.K., the Times of London reports.

--The company--which makes Stella Artois, Corona, Bud Light and Budweiser among others--said the investment will increase capacity and create 55 jobs, according to the Times.
