It is hereby informed that on February 22, 2021, the Board of Directors of Grupo Supervielle S.A. committed a capital contribution of AR$ 29,000,000 to its subsidiary Bolsillo Digital S.A.U., to be made either in cash and/or in-kind and subject to the capitalization of such capital contribution by the Shareholders’ Meeting of the latter.
