Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 25, 2021, Oblong, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release providing certain preliminary, unaudited estimates of the Company’s financial performance for the quarter ended December 31, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated in this Item 2.02 by reference.
