Other Events.

On February 22, 2021, PDS Biotechnology Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference, announcing that Blanver Farmoquímica e Farmacêutica S.A., a Brazilian pharmaceutical manufacturer, has joined the Company and Farmacore Biotechnology in a consortium to develop and commercialize a novel COVID-19 vaccine in Latin America.
