Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 15, 2020, Mr. Richard Eberhardt resigned as Executive Vice President and was simultaneously appointed Chief Operating Officer. He also remains a Director and will continue serving in that position.

On January 12, 2021, the Company issued a press release entitled “TPT Global Tech's (OTCQB:TPTW) Subsidiary TPT MedTech Set to Launch Its First Mobile "QuikLAB" Testing, Monitoring, Vaccination APP and Its "QuikPASS" Check and Verify Platform at Wal-Mart Parking Lot Location in San Diego California.” A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

On January 13, 2021, the Company issued a press release entitled “TPT Global Tech's (OTCQB:TPTW) Subsidiary TPT MedTech Signs a Contract with New Jersey's Saturnus Capital Management LLC to Launch Its Mobile "QuikLAB" Testing, Monitoring, Vaccination APP and Its "QuikPASS" Check and Verify Platform in the Tri State Area.” A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.

On January 14, 2021, the Company issued a press release entitled “TPT Global Tech's (OTCQB:TPTW) Subsidiary TPT MedTech Signs Contract with Hook Diagnostics and Hook Laboratories to Launch Its Mobile "QuikLAB" Testing, Monitoring, Vaccination APP and Its "QuikPASS" Check and Verify Platform in Southern California.” A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.3.
