Chubb Finance Chief Bancroft to Retire

Chubb Ltd. Chief Financial Officer Philip Bancroft will retire
from the company on July 1, the Zurich-based insurance company said
Friday.
Mr. Bancroft, who worked for Chubb for 19 years, will be
succeeded by Peter Enns, the company said. Mr. Enns will join Chubb
as an executive vice president by April 1.
Mr. Enns was most recently an executive at HSBC Holdings Plc,
where he was global co-head of investment-banking coverage and was
based in Hong Kong. He previously worked at Goldman Sachs Group
Inc., including as chairman and chief executive of Goldman Sachs
Canada.
Mr. Bancroft will keep an advisory role at the company for the
rest of 2021, Chubb said.
