Bogotá D.C., November 26, 2020. Avianca Holdings S.A. (OTCUS: AVHOQ, BVC: PFAVH) (“Avianca Holdings” or the “Company”), informs that as published in press reports, following constructive conversations with different employee associations regarding structural agreements which provide stability to the Company’s employees while allowing the Company to be more competitive and to achieve long term sustainability, Aerovías del Continente Americano SA Avianca (“Aerovías”) the Association of Aviators of Avianca (ODEAA) and the Association of Pilots of Avianca (ADPA) reached an agreement. The company has signed final agreements with both ODEAA and ADPA on November 25, 2020.
