(1)	Represents securities held directly by Holtec International, Singh Real Estate Enterprises Inc., Tequesta Properties Inc. and HI-MED, LLC. Mr. Singh holds direct and/or indirect ownership of these entities and holds the full voting and dispositive power with respect to Holtec International, Tequesta Properties, Inc. and HI-MED, LLC.
(2)	Options vest in four equal, annual installments beginning August 20, 2021, provided that Holtec International remains in continuous service through the applicable vesting date.
