--LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton has appointed Anne de Vergeron to lead jewelry business Repossi, luxury-sector trade journal Women's Wear Daily reports from an interview with the new chief executive.

--Ms. de Vergeron, already a board member at Repossi, previously worked at Swiss bank UBS Group AG before joining LVMH, WWD reports, adding that she led the conglomerate's purchase of an initial minority stake in the Paris-based jewelry company in 2015.
