On November 5, 2020, Exelixis, Inc. (“Exelixis”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended October 2, 2020, and providing a corporate update. A copy of such press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
