South Korea had its first recession in more than 10 years on an annual basis; on a quarterly basis, which is more widely used in South Korea, it is the first recession in 17 years. "South Korean Economy Returns to Growth" at 8:16 a.m. ET contained an unnecessary correction about the time since the last recession because it didn't make clear how the time between recessions was measured.
