Item 8.01 Other Events.

On October 22, 2020 JRSIS Health Care Corporation ("JRSS") signed an Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Letter Agreement with StockVest of Celebration Florida. The Agreement is an exclusive agreement, with a term of three months, during which StockVest will launch a market awareness campaign for JRSIS and perform various other public and investor relations services. In full compensation for StockVest's services, JRSIS will issue to StockVest forty thousand restricted shares of JRSIS common stock prior to November 3, 2020.
