Prologis Inc. raised its outlook for profit and core funds from operations for 2020.

The company said it now expects profit to be between $2.20 and $2.24 a share. That's a bump from its old outlook of between $2.06 and $2.18 a share.

Prologis expects core funds from operations to be between $3.76 and $3.78 a share, instead of between $3.70 and $3.75 a share.

It narrowed its outlook for year-end occupancy to between 95.25% and 95.75%. It had been expecting between 95% and 96%.

Prologis also increased its guidance for general and administrative expenses. It now expects those to be between $280 million and $285 million. It was expecting between $265 million and $275 million.
