Citigroup Says Okpara to Become Controller, Accounting Chief

Citigroup Inc. on Friday said Jeff Walsh would retire as interim
controller and chief accounting officer and named Johnbull Okpara
as his successor.
Citigroup said Mr. Okpara has been Managing Director, Global
Head of Financial Planning and Analysis and Chief Financial
Officer, Infrastructure Groups at Morgan Stanley since 2016.
Mr. Okpara would assume the roles of controller and accounting
chief of Citigroup once he is released "from certain commitments to
his current employers."
Citigroup also said Mr. Okpara would receive base salary of
$475,000 a year and would also receive a bonus for 2020 of
$3,525,000.
