Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 14, 2020, Damian Finio, the Chief Financial Officer of Teligent, Inc. (the “Company”) notified the Company of his intent to resign to pursue another career opportunity. Mr. Finio has agreed to provide transitional assistance through October 14, 2020, the effective date of his resignation. The Company has initiated a search process for both an interim Chief Financial Officer to step into the role immediately, as well as a new permanent Chief Financial Officer.
