Other Events.

On August 31, 2020 at 8:30 a.m. (JST), Berkshire Hathaway Inc. issued a press release announcing that Berkshire’s wholly owned subsidiary, National Indemnity Company, has acquired slightly more than 5% of the outstanding shares in five of the leading Japanese trading companies. A copy of this press release is furnished with this report as an exhibit to this Form 8-K.
