Item 5.02   Termination of a Director and Chief Financial Officer

 

On August 12, 2020, the Board accepted the resignation of Mr. John Baird. Mr. Baird resigned because he believed that his contribution has met its limit and that it would be beneficial to the organization to step down at this time. In addition, he resigned for personal reasons so that he could spend more time with his family and to build on his other interests.
