The Registrant’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for its fiscal year ended March 31, 2020 was filed on August 11, 2020 due to delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with the Order of the Securities and Exchange Commission contained in Release No. 34-88465. As such, the preparation of the Registrant’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2020 has been delayed, as well.

As disclosed in the Registrant’s Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, the Registrant anticipates that its net sales for the quarter ended June 30, 2020 will be lower than its net sales for the corresponding period in the prior fiscal year. Despite lower sales, the Registrant expects that its net loss for the 2020 fiscal quarter will be significantly less than the corresponding 2019 period due to the sale by the Registrant of its interest in its former 50%-owned Hong Kong Joint Venture, as previously disclosed in the Registrant’s SEC filings.
