The amount reported reflects common stock held by the Reporting Person as well as restricted stock units granted to a Reporting Person pursuant to the Issuer's 2010 Equity Incentive Plan and 2020 Equity Incentive Plan. Of the aggregate amount reported, 49,157 shares represent restricted stock units that vest 25% on the first anniversary of the grant date and the remaining shares subject to each award vest in 12 equal quarterly installments thereafter and 10,000 shares represent restricted stock units that vest 50% on the first anniversary of the grant date and the remaining shares subject to each award vest in 4 equal quarterly installments thereafter.
