Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 10, 2020, Biohaven Pharmaceutical Holding Company Ltd. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020. A copy of this press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
