Illinois Tool Works Inc. said it boosted its quarterly cash dividend by 7 cents to $1.14 per share for the third quarter.

The dividend equates to $4.56 per share on a full-year basis. The dividend will be paid on Oct. 14 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 30.

The multi-industrial manufacturing company in May declared a second-quarter dividend of $1.07 per share.
