Imperial Brands PLC said on Thursday that Chief Financial Officer Oliver Tant plans to retire once a replacement has been found.

The tobacco company--which houses Davidoff, Gauloises and JPS among its brands, as well as a number of new generation products--said that it has started the search for a replacement.
