Item 5.02 Departure of Directors of Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 28, 2020, Mr. Jianhua Wu resigned as the Chief Executive Officer of Sharing Economy International Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Anthony Che Chung Chan has agreed to serve as the Company’s new Chief Executive Officer, effective July 28, 2020.
