In connection with the press release announcing financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020, the Company announced that beginning in fiscal year 2021, the Company will modify its business structure and report revenue and segment operating earnings based on three operating segments: Intelligent Devices, Software & Control, and Lifecycle Services.
