EXPLANATORY  NOTE

This current report on Form 6-k was submitted in connection with senior management change of 9F Inc. ( the “Company”). Effective June 22, 2020, the Company will make the following adjustments to some senior management positions, due to internal management organization adjustment reflecting the Company’s latest business strategy:

Lei Liu, current president of the Company, will remain serving as the president and also serve as the chief risk officer of the Company.

Zengxiao Jin, current chief risk officer and a vice president of the Company and chief executive officer of Southeast Asia business, will remain serving as a vice president of the Company and chief executive officer of Southeast Asia business.
