Cisco Systems Inc. said its vendor-financing arm will offer customers a payment holiday and the ability to defer costs of buying new products or services into next year.

The technology company said Tuesday it will let clients put off paying for products for 90 days and permit them to defer 95% of the cost for products until 2021. The program covers all Cisco software, hardware and services, the company said.

In January 2021, customers would start to make monthly payments, Cisco said.

"Cash flow is a top concern for Cisco customers and partners in the current environment," the company said.
