Osram Licht AG has appointed Kathrin Dahnke as chief financial officer effective April 16, the technology company said Tuesday.

Ms. Dahnke was most recently a management board member of Wehahn KG. At Osram, she succeeds Ingo Bank, who is leaving to become the new chief financial officer of ams AG, which is taking over Osram.
