On February 20, 2020, Texas Roadhouse, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2019. Attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of the press release.

On February 20, 2020, the Company announced its first quarter 2020 cash dividend. The public announcement was made by means of a press release, the text of which is set forth at Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
