On February 20, 2020, Integer Holdings Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2019. A copy of the release is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
