On January 21, 2020, Navient Corporation (the “Company”) issued an informational press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2019 were available on the “Investor” page of its website located at https://www.navient.com/about/investors/. Additionally, on January 21, 2020, the Company posted its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2019 to its above-referenced web location.
