Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On January 13, 2020, Biohaven Pharmaceutical Holding Company Ltd. will be making an investor presentation (the “Presentation”), which includes updates for communication received from the United States Food and Drug Administration in December 2019, summarizing a Late Cycle Communication regarding the rimegepant new drug application review, and positive topline results in the pivotal Phase 2/3 study of vazegepant.

 

A copy of the Presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, and is incorporated herein by reference.
