Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. 

On December 4, 2019, Seedo Corp (the “Company”) received a letter of resignation, effective immediately, from Ms. Pninat Yanay, one of the Company’s directors.

 

Ms. Yanay’s resignation was a result of a disagreement with the Company. Ms. Yanay’s resignation letter is attached as Exhibit 17.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The Company rejects any allegations of impropriety referred to in Ms. Yanay’s letter.
