(1)	On October 31, 2019, John Dolan was granted 245,000 compensatory warrants. 45,000 warrants were vested immediately, 100,000 warrants vest quarterly over three years and 100,000 warrants vest upon performance-based milestones. All 245,000 warrants have a strike price of $.50 and expire 5 years from the date of grant.
