Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosures

On November 13, 2019, the board of directors of BorgWarner Inc. (the "Company") declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on December 16, 2019 to shareholders of record on December 2, 2019.

On November 14, 2019, the Company issued the press release attached as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated herein by reference.
