On October 23, 2019, NorthWest Indiana Bancorp (the “Bancorp”) issued a press release reporting its unaudited financial results for the nine months and quarter ending September 30, 2019. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
