IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES Supplemental Non-GAAP Financial Measures This presentation includes non-GAAP measures, such as Adjusted EBITDA, Net Debt to LTM Adjusted EBITDA, Net Debt to LQA Adjusted EBITDA, Total Liquidity, and other measures identified as non-GAAP.
